Company Deregistration
Where companies are no longer trading or carrying on a business they may choose to voluntarily deregister. You can apply to deregister a company if it meets all of these requirements:
- All members of the company agree to deregister
- The company is not carrying on business
- The company’s assets are worth less than $1000
- The company has no outstanding liabilities
- The company is not a party to any legal proceedings
- The company has paid all fees and penalties payable under the Corporations Act 2001.

Download FormOnce we receive the order form and current company extract we will prepare the ASIC form 6010 and supporting documents and email them to you (or post if you prefer). The director is required to sign the form 6010, which needs to be scanned and emailed to us so we can then lodge this form with ASIC. Once we receive the form 6010 signed by a director to our office we will lodge it with ASIC and email you confirmation that it has been accepted and ASIC’s deregistration process is underway.
